Alfa Capital Partners announces the appointment of Elena Mironova as General Counsel Prior to joining Alfa Capital Partners, Ms. Mironova worked as Senior Associate at Simmons & Simmons, focusing on finance, capital markets, general corporate and M&A transactions. From 2003-2007, she served as Director of Commercial and International Corporate Affairs in Mechel, one of Russia's leading mining and metals companies, and before that, she worked at Baker & McKenzie and White & Case.
Ms. Mironova received her bachelor degree from the Moscow State University Law College, masters degree from the Russian School of Private Law under the President of the Russian Federation, LL.M. from the New York University School of Law and an specialist degree from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. |
